DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

I will dispatch your item/s as soon as possible, and will usually be delivered within 3 working days (within the UK). If the edition of a painting is printed upon your order I will let you know and there may be an additional week before postage.
You will be notified of your tracking number once the parcel has been sent.

LOST/DELAYED POST

I choose the most reliable and economical postal service to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. Very occasionally post can be either delayed or missing in action. Please let me know if you do not receive your order within one week of dispatch.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Should you wish to return / exchange your item to us, please ensure:
- The item/s are returned within 28 days of purchase
- The goods are the same condition as received & in original packaging.
- Please note that I am unable to offer a refund or an exchange without valid proof of purchase or an order number.
Please contact me via chloe_illustration@hotmail.co.uk to arrange the return – this will need to be approved prior to returning.
Please note, you are responsible for return postage. Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced. Please retain your proof of postage until confirmed by email that your goods have been received.
Processing your exchange / refund:
You will be notified via email once your return / exchange has been received & processed. All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method. In the case of an exchange / refund I will not reimburse the original or return shipping charges.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive the item and there is damage or a fault, please email chloe_illustration@hotmail.co.uk within 14 days & I will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred.
